Constantly refining his craft, he has trained in major cities across North America—including Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, and Miami—bringing the latest techniques and trends back to his clients.

In the salon, Charles is known for delivering personalized, high-quality services tailored to each client’s unique goals and lifestyle. While experienced in all hair types, textures, and colours, he specializes in blonding and curly hair, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of how to enhance natural beauty.

Outside the salon, Charles has carved out an impressive career in the fashion and editorial world. In 2017, he was recognized as a Contessa Finalist for Session Stylist of the Year and Fan Favourite at the Canadian Hairdresser of the Year Awards. His work has graced the runways of New York Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, and Toronto’s top fashion events, been featured in international fashion magazines and top industry social media platforms, and extended into television, where he styled hair for a pilot episode. He has also taken the stage as a guest artist at major industry events. As an educator, Charles spent a decade representing KEVIN.MURPHY, achieving PLATINUM.KEY status and teaching advanced styling and cutting techniques to stylists across the industry.

Originally from Richibucto, Caitlin made the move to Moncton to follow her passion for hair and has been in the industry since 2017. She joined Charles Stevens Hair in 2023, excited to keep learning and perfecting her skills.

Caitlin loves working with colour, from seamless blonding to vibrant transformations, and believes a great haircut can change everything. She’s dedicated to making sure her clients leave the salon feeling beautiful, confident, and completely at home in their new look.

Becca’s love for hair started early—her sister (and a few unlucky Barbies) were her first “clients”! Now, as our Junior Stylist, she’s turning that childhood passion into a career, eager to learn and grow every step of the way.
