We require at least 24hr notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Late arrivals that require rescheduling will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

We take great pride in the quality of our work and want every guest to leave feeling confident and satisfied.
While we do not offer refunds on services, if you are not completely satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We would be happy to schedule an adjustment* to ensure your service meets your expectations.
*Adjustments are intended to refine the original service discussed during your consultation. Changes to the original plan may be considered a new service and subject to additional charges. -
Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Defective products may be exchanged for the same item beyond this period. -
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard.
